Aircraft

Travel City Direct leased 3 aircraft that are crewed by XL Airways

- Boeing 747-300

  • TF-AME (Branded)
  • TF-AMJ (Branded but carrys an XL logo on the tail)
  • TF-AMK (Not Branded - All white)
  • TF-ARU (Not Branded - All white)

AMK and ARU are mainly used by XL for a military flight contract out of brize Norton that they have lost from October 07. This is a major reason why all aircraft will be returned to Air Atlanta when the leases expire.

The aircraft are leased from Air Atlanta Icelandic and will be returned to Air Atlanta on the 17th of Novemeber 07 on lease expiring. XL plan to use 767 equipment for the winter period on all Travel City Direct flights.
