Reversions

When taking the time to help the project and revert vandalism, please be sure to revert to the last good edit, not just the last edit. With this edit, for instance, you reverted part of the vandalism but not all of it. Thanks anyway, though. Captainktainer * Talk 06:35, 30 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]

In addition, a good way to check to see if you're reverting all vandalism is checking the page's history, next to the edit tab. If something has been edited by numerous IPs, comparing edits all the way back to the last obvious good edit, is a good way of seeing if all the IPs have vandalized, or if only the recent ones have. (Hope I'm not confusing.) And don't think we're getting after you. I had that problem many times myself at first. Happy editing. :) -WarthogDemon 04:35, 29 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Your edit to Wii

I reverted your edit. The reason the Xbox 360 is listed with the number of titles is because of its limited backwards compatibility (which is gimped because you have to download patches for all those games). This is not needed on the Wii page because ALL GameCube games are backwards compatible with the Wii. TJ Spyke 05:22, 8 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Tulane Trivia, Myth, and Lore

The section "Tulane Trivia, Myth, and Lore" is almost completely unencyclopedic. (See Wikipedia:What Wikipedia is not for what does and does not belong in an encyclopedia) and it sorely lacks citations (See Wikipedia:Attribution for guidelines). If there are good sources for any of this, please add references immediately. Otherwise I'll have to start removing it from the article. --Dystopos 16:17, 9 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

    • The Green Wave Ambassador's guide would be a passable (but not the best) source for those myths that have a basis in fact. Please note that Wikipedia is an encyclopedia, not a collection of folklore. Perhaps another website would be a better place to document unverifiable tales. --Dystopos 16:21, 10 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Warning
Warning

Please refrain from undoing other people's edits repeatedly, as you are doing in New Orleans, Louisiana. If you continue, you may be blocked from editing Wikipedia. Note that the three-revert rule prohibits making more than three reversions in a content dispute within a 24 hour period. Additionally, users who perform a large number of reversions in content disputes may be blocked for edit warring, even if they do not technically violate the three-revert rule. Rather than reverting, discuss disputed changes on the talk page. The revision you want is not going to be implemented by edit warring. Thank you. -- ReyBrujo 02:02, 1 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

No problem. Just use this time to contact the user and talk in either the article talk page or his user talk page. You can also ask someone at WP:3O to mediate between you both. If, after the protection expires, he hasn't tried to solve the issue, and if he continues with the same methodology, he may be blocked due disruption. -- ReyBrujo 04:56, 1 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]
