Template:Pageant titleholder bioRachel Leigh Mathson (born 8 December, 1981) is a beauty queen from Thief River Falls, Minnesota who competed in the Miss USA pageant in 2007.

Mathson, born in Minnesota, won her first pageant title in 2000 when she was crowned Miss Thief River Falls and went on to compete in the Miss Minnesota pageant, where she finished first runner-up.[1] She also placed first runner-up in the Miss Minnesota 2005 competition.

After moving to Fargo, North Dakota, Mathson won the Miss North Dakota USA 2007 title in a state pageant held in November 2006. Mathson represented North Dakota in the Miss USA 2007 pageant which was broadcast live from the Kodak Theatre in Hollywood, California on March 23, 2007. Her "sister" titleholder, Miss North Dakota Teen USA 2007, is Taylor Kearns.

Moore graduated from Lincoln High School in 2001 and studied mass communications at Concordia College, Moorhead where she graduated cum laude. She later worked for Lutheran Social Services in Minnesota and then moved to Fargo and worked for KVLY. She is currently director of admissions at Oak Grove Lutheran School in Fargo.[2]
