Trivia
This article contains a list of miscellaneous information. (July 2007) |
- The episode title is a play on words for the 1995 film How to Make an American Quilt.
- This episode shows that Grams wasn't a solitary witch as previously thought. She actually had a coven of her own outside of her daughter Patty.
- We learn that Grams was part of a sorority in her youth.
- It is stated Aunt Gail was part of Grams' coven, yet she wasn't she mentioned in Witchstock.
- The photo of Grams' youth does not resemble the youthful Grams seen in Witchstock.
- Piper breaks up with Dan in order to have a relationship with Leo in this episode.
- The demon Cryto is unable to freeze the sisters even though they were stripped of their powers. This is because "good witches don't freeze", yet when Piper and Phoebe attempt to switch their powers in Ordinary Witches and their powers are sent to mortals, both Piper and Phoebe are able to be frozen. This could be explained by the fact that Piper's powers have grown over the years.
- In the scene at the gas station, the wires are clearly visible on the actors.
- Phoebe first wears glasses in this episode.
- Alyssa Milano's hair color changed in this episode to dark brown.
- Piper decides she doesn't want to be a witch anymore until Phoebe and Prue change her mind. This happens again in Brain Drain.
- This is the last episode that Brian Krause (Leo) does not appear in until the episode Hyde School Reunion. Even though Brian Krause is forced to leave for a few episodes in Season 8 due to budget cuts (Leo is taken by the Angel of Destiny).
- In the beginning of this episode, the song 17 Again by Eurythmics is featured.
