Saturday Night Live will air its thirty-third season during the 2007 - 2008 television season on NBC. It was announced on July 19, 2007 that the season would premiere on September 29, 2007 with host LeBron James.

The Season 33 cast has not been announced yet. Lorne Michaels announced that most of the cast from season 32 will be returning, while Maya Rudolph and Darrell Hammond are still in negotiations regarding their respective contracts.
