2005 civil unrest in Uzbekistan

I just checked back on the page after some serious editting awhile back and found the title changed, unilaterally and without discussion, by KazakhPol. This is grossly inappropriate. I've added to your conversation thread, but feel that we should probably move the article back within the week if there are no other objections other than from KazakhPol.
