Deanery High School is a Secondary school in Wigan, Greater Manchester, North West England. It currently has around 1700 pupils and is consistently in the top few schools in Wigan in terms of GCSE grades obtained. The Deanery High School is a Church of England school, receiving 15% of its funding via the church and through fundraising.

The school's campus is located in the town centre, and can be reached easily by public transport. Recent OFSTED reports gave the school almost average ratings.

The current acting headmaster is a deputy head, and the next headmaster is to come in the upcoming school year of 2007.

The Deanery High School also has a 6th form college; for students mainly studying towards their A levels.
