Reginald E. Cathey (born August 18 1958) is an American film and television actor. He has a starring role on the HBO series The Wire as Norman Wilson from the fourth season. He worked with The Wire creator David Simon on the emmy award-winning mini-series The Corner. He also had a recurring role on the HBO prson drama Oz as Warden Martin Querms.
