WPKN
WPKN is a freeform, listener-supported radio station based in Bridgeport, Connecticut. Its volunteer programmers present a wide variety of music and public affairs programming.
WPKN was founded in 1963 as the college radio station of the University of Bridgeport, but became independent of the university in 1989.
WPKN's signal is rebroadcast in Montauk, Long Island, New York on 88.7 FM, as WPKM FM.
