Right now, I am working on improving the Cuisine of Hong Kong page. Hong Kong's cuisine is amazingly diverse, and while the current article conveys part of that, it's still a long way from fully showing the immense breadth and quality of it. My task is to improve the article both in content and mechanics, and I hope that people who have visited HK or will visit it will gain a greater appreciation for the great food found there.
