  • I'm hoping someone else is able to expand on this topic, as I can't quote sources on the importance of this information, other than to say a lot of people are huge monkey tuesday fans, there are a lot of monkey stories, and people are yelling out "Monkey Tuesday" in public and being recognised by others in the know. Also a few celebrities have been guests on Monkey Tuesday, and even more entertainers and such are frequent listeners.
MONKEY TUESDAY is by far the most important thing to happen to radio since Edward Armoro broadcasting during WWIIBdve 18:45, 27 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]
  • The Monkey Tuesday entry got another mention on the penn show vis a vis a monkey house of horror show for oct 31. I'm happy because I was the first one to note this in the article! Mindme.
  • Who changed the chimp to ape thing? And why? Mindme
  • Excellent article, although I'm certain we've got about a week or two before the inevitable edit wars, speedy deletions and accusations of fancruft. Watchlist the article and stay vigilant. Unigolyn 11:23, 29 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]
  • Suggestion: merge with Penn Radio article, since this isn't a standalone program. Or create a Penn Radio category within American talk radio programs and list it there. Mapcat 02:55, 25 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]
  • Monkey Tuesday is as much a movement among Penn fans as it is a feature on the show... so yeah keep it as its own topic mindme

  • I searched for monkey sex and this was the top page O_o

Isn't it the FCC that monitors TV and radio broadcasts for 'indecency'? Conrad1on 01:13, 2 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

WTF?

This article hardly seems encyclopedic. How has it survived being deleted? Huge portions of it make no sense to people without prior knowledge of the subject. Examples:

""I thought you were circus," criticized Goudeau" What the hell does that even mean? The word circus is an adjective now?

"The best laid plans of mice (or monkeys) and men often go awry and Penn's party proved the proverb"

Come on, folks. It's articles like this that hurt Wikipedia's credibility.
