The Green Party of Delaware is the state party organization for Delaware of the Green Party of the United States.

The Green Party of Delaware qualified for statewide ballot status in March 2000 and has retained ballot status ever since.

In 2006 the Green Party of Delaware ran Michael Berg a retired teacher and antiwar activist, for Congress in the 2006 midterm elections. He is most well-known as the father of Nick Berg, one of the first American civilians to be abducted and executed by insurgents in Iraq.
