Per the Collective Bargaining Agreement signed on October 24, 2006,[1] the American League champion will have home field advantage in the Fall Classic following that league's 5-4 win in the 2007 All-Star Game in San Francisco on July 10; the first two games will take place in either Cleveland or Boston, with Games 3, 4, and 5 in Denver, with Games 6 and 7 returning to Cleveland/Boston, if necessary.
The Series will be televised by FOX, with Joe Buck and Tim McCarver scheduled to be the booth announcers. Rogers Sportsnet (RSN) will simulcast the FOX telecast in Canada. The Series will broadcast nationally on ESPN Radio, with Jon Miller and Joe Morgan scheduled to be the booth announcers. The scheduled first pitch of each game is 8:15 p.m. EDT/6:15 p.m. MDT.
