Sleepwalkers is a 1992 American sci-fi/horror film based on an unpublished Stephen King novel and adapted by Mick Garris.

Plot Summary:

  • Charles Brady (Krause) and his Mother, Mary (Krige), move to a small town. They are sleepwalkers and they are looking for a virgin girl to feed Mary's cravings. Charles attends the local school and meets Tanya Robertson (Amick). Tanya does not suspect the real reason why Charles wants her so much - to take her lifeforce for his mother.

  • Due to the uniquely close relationship between Mary and Charles, there were moments of consentual incest.
  • The film was also memorable for its use of the Enya song Boadicea, which boosted her music's popularity
