Swinoujscie (Polish: Świnoujście, German: Swinemünde) is a county-status town in Pomerania, north-western Poland on the islands Uznam (Usedom) and Wolin (Wollin), West Pomeraniam Voivodship, with 45,000 inhabitants.

Swinoujscie is divided by Swina, a waterway connection between Szczecin (Stettin) and the Baltic Sea. The town has been a seaside resort since the beginning of the 19th century. On March 12, 1945, Swinoujscie suffered heavy destructions by US bombing. 23,000 people died, mainly refugees from East Prussia.
