Oradea metropolitan area includes the municipality of Oradea and 8 nearby communes: Biharia, Borş, Cetariu, Nojorid, Oşorhei, Paleu, Sânmartin şi Sântandrei. The total population of the area was in 2006 of 240.800 locuitori.[1]
