I didn't scrutinize the individual diffs, but the pattern seems to indicate a single human hand (or pair of hands). Billy660 and Billybob690 both identify as "Billy from UCL in london", and Bone18 identifies as "Matthew" from the same place. The fact that all three editors, and the IP linked in the evidence section, have all edited similar articles in the same week and month, and have not made unrelated edits, strongly suggests that a single user is concerned with a single issue.
