St. Clair is a neighborhood in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania in the United States. The neighborhood was the last remnant of Lower St. Clair Township to be annexed by the City of Pittsburgh in 1920. It was named after Revolutionary War Major-General Arthur St. Clair who was the 9th President of the United States in Congress Assembled. Under his Presidency, the Northwest Ordinance and United States Constitution were passed.[1]
