Yoder's court case

I added information on Yoder's court case & plea based on this page. But it would be preferable to cite its sources directly, if somebody has the time and inclination to check them. The ones relevant to this section are:

- Information form, State of Iowa, Plaintiff, vs. William Joseph Stewart a/k/a Daniel Michael Yoder, Defendant. Filed 91 Oct 18. - Written Arraignment and Plea of Not Guilty, State of Iowa, Plaintiff, vs. Daniel Michael Yoder, Defendant. Filed 91 Nov 12. - Application and Order to Amend, State of Iowa, Plaintiff, vs. William Joseph Stewart a/k/a Daniel Michael Yoder, Defendant. Filed 91 Oct 18. - Pretrial Release form, op. cit.; Written Arraignment and Plea of Not Guilty, op. cit.; Plea of Guilty, Count II, State of Iowa, Plaintiff, vs. Daniel Michael Yoder, Defendant. Re-ordering and names

I've put the name change as a foot-note, it doesn't belong in the controversy section. I put the section on "Elaine" before the section where she is mentioned. I've changed the refernces to the subject of the article to "Brown" as the patient "Elaine" is also "Bailey" so it gets confusing. It's not clear if the patient "Elaine" is the same as the room-mate an possible ex-Satanist Elaine. Rich Farmbrough, 14:18 5 March 2007 (GMT).

The Section on Controversies

When I first read this section it was evident that it lacked objectivity and the events were presented by the writer as though they were a proven fact. Since none of the events in this story are verifiable, I edited the section so that it was clear that the contents were simply a summary of events that took place in the book. Furthemore, I made extensive corrections to spelling, grammar and style. I have renamed this section "Summary of the Book 'Unbroken Curses'".

Elaine

This article identifies "Elaine" by three different names. Corvus cornix 17:12, 5 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]
