Kitten is a fictional character and viillain in the animated tv series of Teen Titans, voiced by Tara Strong. She is the spoiled daughter of supervillain Killer Moth. Her name and choice of weapon may be an homage to Ann-Margret's titular juvenile delinquent from 1965's "Kitten with a Whip".
Background
Kitten appeared in "Date With Destiny," making her Daddy, Killer Moth, have Robin take her to Prom after her stupid ex-boyfriend Fang broke up with her.
While at the Prom, she (very loudly) made everyone pay attention to her, after both making Robin compliment her on her dress and making him dance with her.
When Robin dumped her, she went nuts, and after Starfire ruined her dress by throwing her into a cake, she released the army of moths Daddy had given her control of.
She was defeated by Robin and Starfire and sat in jail until being assumedly freed by the Brotherhood. During "Calling All Titans," she and father Killer Moth were sent to attack Starfire. In this case, she's used the fiery slashing rope of her father to attack. She didn't join in the final battle, and is unknown that she is frozen or not.
In Teen Titans Go! #41, Kitten dresses up as female versions of several of the Teen Titans enemies, claiming to be their daughters. For example Pink X (Red X), Marionette (The Puppet King), Mad Maud (Mad Mod), Daughter Blood (Brother Blood) and Joy Stick (Control Freak). A newspaperclip on a panel shows her in a Slade-like outfit, resembling Ravager (Rose Wilson). This is considered a play on Duela Dent, a Former-Teen Titan and occasional villain, who would confound Robin by claiming to be the daughter of assorted member of the Batman Rogue Gallery.
