WAKV (980 AM) is a radio station broadcasting an adult standards format. Licensed to Otsego, Michigan, it first began broadcasting circa 1960 the WDMC call sign.

WAKV is staffed by veterans of AM 590 WKZO from the latter's days as a middle-of-the-road music station, and is one of the few medium-to-small-market adult standards radio stations that does not receive its programming from a satellite feed.
