Fried bake is a Trinidadian cuisine popular throughout the island and in and around the Caribbean. The main ingredient in fried bake is flour and it can be served in a multitude of ways. This dish is usually served with salt fish and steamed vegetables. However on the island it can be served with anything your heart desires. Please see attached links for recipe details:
