Blue Milk is a fan film, directed by William Grammer, that made its worldwide debut on the internet on June 20, 2006, as a finalist in the 2006 Official Star Wars Fan Film Awards. In the short film, a young Princess Leia is the new spokes kid for Blue Milk.
Blue Milk won Best Commercial Parody at the Official Star Wars Fan Film Awards held on July 20 at Comic-Con International.
This is Grammer's second fan film involved in the Official Star Wars Fan Film Awards with Speeder (film) being the first.
A reference is made to the film in a scene from the 2007 Family Guy parody of Star Wars "Blue Harvest". The highest rated episode since it's debut in 2005, the producers are considering devoting an episode to The Empire Strikes Back in 2008.
