Gmina Święta Katarzyna (or Święta Katarzyna Commune) is an urban-rural gmina (administrative district) in Wrocław County, Lower Silesian Voivodeship, in south-western Poland.

It includes the town of Siechnice, but has its seat in the village of Święta Katarzyna. (The only other urban-rural gmina in Poland to have its seat outside the town is Gmina Nowe Skalmierzyce.)

The population of the gmina is 13,552 (2006). It covers an area of 99 square kilometres (38 sq mi).

It borders the gminas of Czernica, Domaniów, Kobierzyce, Oława and Żórawina, and the city of Wrocław.
