The Head of the Charles Regatta is a rowing race held annually on the Charles River, which separates Boston, Massachusetts from Cambridge. It is one of the largest regattas in the world.

The competitive field is mostly made of collegiate teams, primarily from North America, although the race does include entries from many different countries and has some divisions for older rowers. The regatta is held each year in October.
