Gmina Złoczew is an urban-rural gmina (administrative district) in Sieradz County, Łódź Voivodeship, in central Poland. Its seat is the town of Złoczew, which lies approximately 23 kilometres (14 mi) south-west of Sieradz and 73 km (45 mi) south-west of the regional capital Łódź.

The gmina covers an area of 118.02 square kilometres (45.6 sq mi), and as of 2006 its total population is 7,398 (out of which the population of Złoczew amounts to 3,403, and the population of the rural part of the gmina is 3,995).
