Principality or Duchy of Opava (in Czech: ?, in Polish: ?, in German: Herzogtum Oppau) was a Silesian duchy from 13th century.

As disinction to other Duchies of Silesia, Opava was not inherited in the House of Piast but became the possession of Nicholas, a natural son of king Venceslas of Bohemia. Opava's princely dynasty was thus an illegitimate offshoot of the House of Premysl.
