Shakhbut Bin-Sultan Al Nahyan (1905February 11, 1989) was the son of Sultan bin Zayed Al-Nahayan, the traditional ruler of Abu Dhabi from 1922 to 1926. He was ruler of the emirate of Abu Dhabi until August 6, 1966 when he was deposed in a bloodless coup.

His brother Sheikh Zayed Bin-Sultan Al Nahyan became the emir of Abu Dhabi, and eventually rose to become the undisputed leader of the UAE.
