Don Krieg

Don Krieg is a character in the anime and manga One Piece

Krieg was the most powerful pirate in the East Blue, one of the four seas of the One Piece world. Krieg started out as a pirate by stealing a marine ship and using it to approach towns without suspicion. He eventually gained a crew of over 5000 pirates and a fleet of ships, earning him the nickname Pirate Admiral Don Krieg.

Don Krieg made a trip to the Grand Line with his fleet, hoping to find the One Piece. On his seventh day in the Grandline, however, his ships were conpletely destroyed by Dracule "Hawk-Eyes" Mihawk, one of the Shichibukai (Seven Armed Seas). With only one ship remaining in terrible condition, Krieg returned to the East Blue.

Krieg sooned learned of the Baratie, a restaurant that floats at sea. When Krieg saw the fish-shaped ship, he knew that it would be the perfect ship, for no one would suspect it of being filled with pirates. Unfortunately for Krieg, he arrived at the same time Monkey D. Luffy and his crew were at the restaurant, and he was defeated.

Krieg wears a suit of armour that is filled with hidden weapons, including a poison-gas spewing bomb, a cape covered in spikes, and a spear that explodes with every swing. His first mate is Gin (Ghin in the dubbed anime) and his second mate is Iron Wall Pearl.
