Summary

January

The 2007 X Factor winner Leon Jackson was number one in the singles charts at the beginning of the year with "When You Believe". Leona Lewis was at number one in the albums charts with Spirit. Radiohead recorded their fifth number one album at the start of the month with In Rainbows, an album released three months earlier on the band's website on a "pay what you want" policy.
