It's very blurry and in very low resolution; it does virtually nothing to illustrate the article on Angela Kinsey, because all we can tell is that she's a vaguely blonde woman. Strong Keep. There we go again. As explained in two previous discussions (see here and here), the images Image:Lo Piccolo arrest.jpg and Image:Lo Piccolo photofit.jpg are discussed in the text. In the case of Image:Lo Piccolo arrest.jpg the image was made available by the Italian State police and subsequently distributed by several news agencies (see [1]). Potential copyright holders do not financially depend on the copyright. As per WP:NFC: photos from a press agencies are not permitted unless the photo itself is the subject of sourced commentary in the article. In the section Arrest there is the following paragraph: "Officers remarked that Lo Piccolo’s face was entirely different from the identikit photo of him (see images on this page).[18] Lo Piccolo did not say word and just smiled when prosecutors noted that he did not ressemble the photofit released earlier this year.[19] The elder Lo Piccolo was in fact betrayed by his son of whome police did have a recent photograph.[20]" I think the discussion is closed by now and I will remove the tags. Two-dimensional objects do not, this is true. Commons however has been lenient towards monuments for example with engraved signs with some amount of 2D in them. The section you indicate shows that hand-painted tiles and stained glass are covered under FOP, for instance. Keep Technically, no logo is required to "understand the subject of the article". The logo serves as visual identification of the Moncton Golden Flames, an aspect of the franchise in the article. The logo isn't in an infobox because, per the nature of minor league sports, there have been numerous iterations of the same franchise as affiliations change. Ideally, the logos should be in the body of a history section documenting when and why the franchise shifted names and logos rather than a gallery, but that is a correctable issue with the content of the article, not with the validity of the Fair Use claim of the logo itself. Ideally, the logos should be in the body of a history section documenting when and why the franchise shifted names and logos rather than a gallery, but that is a correctable issue with the content of the article, not with the validity of the Fair Use claim of the logo itself.
