Zemfira Talgatovna Ramazanova(Земфира Талгатовна Рамазанова) is the leader and lead vocalist of the Russian rock group Zемфира(formerly Земфира). She was born on August 26, 1976 in Ufa, Russia. The group was formed in 1998 and has been relatively popular in Russia and other former Soviet republics.
