Chechelnyk is an urban settlement in the Vinnytsia Oblast, Ukraine (before Russian Revolution in the Podolia Gubernia of Russian Empire), near Odessa Oblast.

Originally a shtetl, it is the birthplace of jewish Brazilian modernist writer Clarice Lispector in 1920.
