Bearflip joined Wikipedia two years ago, while doing research for a project about Michigan. He is considered to be a bit more educated on the internet than most people his age. Being only a child, his work may not be so "great" and may consist of 12 year oldish edits, but mostly, he tries to be mature on what he updates.

He started using the internet in June, 2005, where he joined the online game VMK. Later, he joined Toontown Online. He spent his time talking on fansites, and playing the two games. He eventually started having a liking for the company Nintendo. He joined plenty of fansites about these.

He is considered to have Autism, ADHD, Near-Sightedness, and a problem with his muscle, speech, and right hand, causing him to stutter, and run slower than most people, and get tired faster.
