Yes Man is an upcoming 2008 American comedy film directed by Peyton Reed and starring Jim Carrey. The film is based on the 2005 comedic memoir by humorist Danny Wallace. Production began in Los Angeles in October 2007.

Premise

A man (Jim Carrey) decides to say yes to everything that comes his way in his life, leading to a series of comedic events.[1]

Jim Carrey is not receiving any money upfront for his role in the movie. He will instead be paid based on the movie's success.[2]
