History

He is the brother of the X-Men field leader, Cyclops. Havok was also once placed in a position of authority in the X-Men and later in the X-factor.

Havok is in a relationship with fellow X-Men member, Polaris. Havok was also in a relationship with the clone of Jean Grey, Madeline Prior. Unfortunately, the clone became emotionally unstable, brainwashed Havok and attempted to use him in a plot to take over the Earth and convert it into a demonic realm full of demons and goblins. Eventually, he came to his senses and Madeline was killed in a battle with the X-Men.

He is a very close friend of Wolverine and the two team members have shared an adventure together chronicled in the Havok & Wolverine limited series graphic novel, published in the late 1980's.

Later Havok came to join the group of mutants called X-Factor were he served as the team leader.
