Busy Phillips (born June 25, 1979, is an American television and film actress. She may be best known for playing Kim Kelly on the short-lived NBC dramedy Freaks and Geeks.

Phillips was born in Oak Park, Illinois but was raised in Scottsdale, Arizona. She was also a regular on Dawson's Creek, playing Audrey Liddell from 2001-2003.
