Jigger

The term jigger may refer to:

  • A type of ice cream made at the renowned ice cream shop, "The Jigger Shop", in Mt. Gretna, PA. It consists of vanilla ice cream, chocolate or butterscotch syrup, fluffy marshmallow, and topped with their famous "Jigger nuts". Jigger Shop
  • A measure of volume approximately equal to one and one half ounces or about 44 mL. See Shot glass.
  • One of the two distinct parasitic arthropods collectively knowns as chiggers
  • The aftermost mast of a four-masted sailing vessel; (more fully, jigger mast).
