Creek to Coast is a popular Queensland lifestyle program, aired on the Channel 7 at 5.30pm on a Saturday afteroon. The program is hosted primarily by Scott Hillier each week. Joining him in presenting a variety of segments are Martin Bowerman, Frank 'Tommo' Thompson, Gary Howard, Taryn Onofaro, radio personality Dean Miller, former AFL player for the Brisbane Lions Richard Champion and winner of the 4th Australian version of the reality series The Mole Liz Cantor.

Each week a number of segments are presented on topics such as camping, boating, fishing, four wheel driving, water sports and other mainly water-based attractions in Queensland.

The show often airs alongside popular, and similarly themed Queensland lifestyle programs, Queensland Weekender and The Great South East. A number of the presenters have previously presented on these and other Channel 7 lifestyle programs, such as Scott Hillier who was on Brownie's Coastwatch and Taryn Onofaro, who was a presenter on both The Great South East and Queensland Weekender.
