2008 Atlantic Championship

The 2008 Atlantic Championship Season is the thirty-fifth Atlantic Championship season. It will begin on April 20th, 2008 and will end on a date to be determined after 12 races. This season was meant to be run under the Champ Car World Series sanction before the series ceased operations due to its merger with the Indy Racing League. The Champ Car ownership group will continue to operate the series.

Events

Due to the ceasing of operations of the Champ Car World Series, the previously announced schedule will change. Currently the only confirmed event is the Toyota Grand Prix of Long Beach. [1]
