This temlate adds a reference to the "Aardrijkskundig woordenboek der Nederlanden" (Geographical dictionary) by Abraham Jacob van der Aa. The most advanced template call looks like: 

<ref>{{vanderAA-AW|A|301|Appingedam|301-309}}</ref>

where the first argument is the first letter of the entry you're referring to, the second parameter is the page number in Google Books, and the third is the name of the entry. The fourth is the page number to display, in case this is a page range or when the page numbering at GGoole Books is wrong. All parameters are optional.
