Pop princess is a term used for a successful female teen pop singer. They often sing and dance in their concerts and music videos. In the 80's, Tiffany and Debbie Gibson were popular. The most famous of the 90's and today are Britney Spears, Christina Aguilera, Mandy Moore and Jessica Simpson. A Pop Princess is usally heavily merchandised and has everything from T-Shirts to Dolls. Their music style is from catchy Bubblegum pop or Teen pop to Ballads and R&B and Rock influenced tracks.
