I realize I owe you an explanation of why I reverted your addition of an external link to CompactPCI. The reason is that it advertised a specific corporation, and linked to a commercial page, rather than to a page giving information about CompactPCI. Because the purpose of Wikipedia is to provide information, not commercial content, I removed it, in accordance with Wikipedia guidelines on the subject.
