East Allegheny School District is located in the east hills of Allegheny County.

It serves the boroughs of North Versailles, Wall, Wilmerding, and East McKeesport

North Versailles, East McKeesport, Wilmerding, and Wall consoldated school systems in the early 1960s. East Allegheny High School (the Wildcats - 1969) is situated off of Rt. 48 (Jack's Run Road) near the intersection of Rt. 30.
