Earnest Lloyd Trammell (January 31, 1953 - ) is an American inventor, a pioneer in dimensional sound processing and an innovator in electronic music.

A native of Gainsville, Texas, Lloyd Trammell started working as a touring musician at age 6 playing with Bob Willis and the Texas Playboys. Trammell graduated from Gainsville High School in 1971 and went on to earn a Bachelor's Degree in Music from North Texas State University in 1978.
