Thomas Lee Dillon, was born 9 July 1950[1] in Canton, Ohio.[2] Dillon is a serial sniper who shot and killed five people in southeastern Ohio, beginning on 1 April 1989 and contining until April 1992.[3]

Thomas Lee Dillon, was born 9 July 1950[1] in Canton, Ohio.[2] Dillon is a serial sniper who shot and killed five people in southeastern Ohio, beginning on 1 April 1989 and contining until April 1992.[3]

Dillon was captured in 1992 when a friend recognized a behavioral profile compiled by the FBI. In 1993, Dillon was sentenced to 5 consecutive life sentences of 30 years for aggravated murder and sent to the Southern Ohio Correctional Facility in Lucasville. In 2007 he was moved to Corrections Medical Center in Columbus after being diagnosed with Hepatitis C.
