"Career" vs. "Post MADtv Years"
Phil's appearances on The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air and Murphy Brown are not after he left MADtv; this is why I changed the heading to career in the first place. I don't understand why it was reverted; I've made the change again, albeit with some tweaking (see below). Perhaps that entire block should be re-written; I don't have a problem with "Post MADtv", I just have a problem with it mentioning appearances that were made before MADtv, but there's nowhere else for them to go.
I also created seperate headings for movies, stage, television, and voice work under the all-encompassing Career heading. Does that work better for everyone else? EVula 18:47, 20 March 2006 (UTC)
More MADtv
Messy Thinking 15:20, 2 October 2006 (UTC) If I'm not mistaken, he and other cast members have written sketches based on elements of personal note to each of them. This isn't something that normally takes place on the show.
Futurama
Has there been any news on whether he is returning to Futurama when it comes back in 2008? 75pickup (talk · contribs)
His voice as "Kif" and various other roles in Futurama should be mentioned? I am editing that in fjafjan (talk · contribs)

Random trivia
“ | According to an audio interview with GameFAQs user Chris Ho, John Travolta was the one that came up with the idea of Marvin being shot in the face since the character was originally supposed to be accidentally shot in the throat and suffer in agony while John Travolta and Samuel L. Jackson's characters were asking each other what they should do about him, with the eventual conclusion about putting LaMarr's character out of his misery. Knowing that the intentional kill would make his character unlikeable, in rehearsal Travolta came up with this particular idea instead, and Tarantino agreed to it. | ” |

Citing an event?
At JACON, Phil LaMarr confirmed that he would be voicing Vamp in Metal Gear Soild Four. I'd like to add that under his voicework section, but I have no idea how to cite that, other than two forum posts. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 24.225.172.73 (talk) 04:30, 9 May 2007 (UTC).
two things
why are there 3 sections devoted to his voice acting credits and how does he relate to the wikiproject chicago? Ashburn247 (talk) 04:02, 23 November 2007 (UTC)
- From the article: "He also studied improv at Second City and at the ImprovOlympic in Chicago with Del Close." It's a pretty loose connection but that would be my guess. Stardust8212 04:42, 23 November 2007 (UTC)
