The Australian Gospel Music Festival (AGMF) is held in Toowoomba, Queensland Easter each year. Sonfest was another Christian music festival, it was held Boonah, Queensland during the Australian summer holidays.

Over 30,000 people have attended over three days. It is Australia’s largest drug and alcohol free event.

An idea that began as a joint venture between business, community, government and Church groups, now has a life of its own and contributes significantly to the social, economic and spiritual fabric of Toowoomba and the Australian community.

First run in 1999, initially held in multiple venues, from 2001 most events are in Queen’s Park.
