I'm a student of pure mathematics, with interests in the sciences and history, who came to wikipedia early on. By now I've mostly restricted my attention to the protists, which have attracted relatively little attention from the other editors. Thus I've essentially defined their treatment here, and any idiosyncracies or inaccuracies are likely my fault. I've also added a few microscope pictures I'd taken (there aren't many in the public domain); others can be found here as needed. Also, I'm an admin, and can be asked to do administrative duties.
