Yes, I do realize my chances for admin-ship are slim, but It's something I would like to try for. If I didn't get it, it would be disheartening. But I would know what to do and what I should accomplish before submitting another request, Thank you for your concern. C. Pineda 08:13, 1 August 2007 (UTC)

- Well, so much for being an admin. Between 2am-11am, it was removed from the page. I'm really started to get fed up with some admins. For example, I wrote a new page last night about a website, i stated its importance, but it was deleted over night because they said they couldn't find reason for its importance. I asked the guy why it was deleted, he said that and I said i did state it's importance, and he just told to me to raise it in the deletion review, but I'm starting to get angry, because it shouldn't have been deleted in the first place. Do you think I should raise it in the review? C. Pineda 23:54, 1 August 2007 (UTC)
- I wrote the first line, because I'm not up to writing the whole thing again, but the first line states why it is notable. C. Pineda 07:43, 4 August 2007 (UTC)

I don't think your comments are harsh at all. I commend you for taking the time to review candidates so thoroughly. Happy editing! --Boricuaeddie 00:26, 2 August 2007 (UTC)
My possible RFA
Thanks for the comments you left on my talk page. I realize I need the community's support, and that is why I find it best to wait to the end of the year. Thank you for your offer to nominate me, and if you do at the end of the year, towards the beginning of next year, I will accept. Until then, I will be working towards my edit count, trying to get users to like me, and most of all, VANDAL fighting! Politics rule 03:17, 2 August 2007 (UTC)
hi
hi i am new on wikipedia and i have recently created an article about a creative agency called Image Makers Asia. i have followed all the requirements and made sure it was notable and from a neutral point of view, but it keeps getting deleted. i don't understand what i did wrong and was hoping you could guide me. Thank you. Charineeimagebkk 08:17, 2 August 2007 (UTC)
Thanks! i've added the article on the sandbox page you have created for me, ill be waiting to see your reviews, thank you again for helping :) Charineeimagebkk 08:33, 2 August 2007 (UTC)
- ok, i understand now, so being notable is the main issue. i've done research about this company, and what attracted me is that it is a boutique style agency (maybe i should mention that?), it has clients worldwide, and i sources to prove it. maybe if i added more information and references, it might work? Charineeimagebkk 08:56, 2 August 2007 (UTC)
- ok! i get it :) i will do some changes now and again please let me know if its good enough, thank you so much. Charineeimagebkk 09:04, 2 August 2007 (UTC)
- i've done some changes, take a look when you have time :) Charineeimagebkk 09:34, 2 August 2007 (UTC)
alright, thank you again and sorry for taking up your time, let me know if its an ok-GO! Charineeimagebkk 09:47, 2 August 2007 (UTC)
- Pedro, are you watching the Image Makers Asia thing? I could use your help. :) -- Stwalkerster talk 10:02, 2 August 2007 (UTC)
- I understand, but if you've seen the previous posts, there is a big difference to this one, especially after being edited by stwalkerster. i know i may be pushing the limits here with you and this may sound weird but i have a feeling it might just work, perhaps we could give it a last try? and if it gets speedied again i will leave it alone, what do you say? Charineeimagebkk 10:12, 2 August 2007 (UTC)
- Okay, I know you have tried your best there, I will try my best also to come up with more sources to support this article and meet Wikipedia's notability. I will leave it alone if it is going nowhere. Thank you a thousand times. Charineeimagebkk 10:28, 2 August 2007 (UTC)
Double Standards
Why is it that the article Potter's House Christian Fellowship is allowed to be hijacked and have ALL links deleted with the approval of Admin and yet if I do the same on the AOG page it is not only instantly reverted but I am warned? I think there is a double standard here. Only a month ago the Potter's House page had many links to other churches in various nations, and yet now it is reduced to only negative opinions. 124.184.131.250 13:25, 2 August 2007 (UTC)
- Hi and thanks for your comments. I'm afraid I don't know about the other article so can't comment on it, though I will try and review it. Your warning (please think of it as advice rather than a warning) was because you deleted a large section of the article without using an edit summary and without discussing it on the article's talk page first. This could be seen as vandalism - I see you have now put a note on the talk page of the article - I suggest awaiting consensus from that before removing any content. Thanks ! Editor Review/Possible RFA (in the distant future)
Hi, Pedro. I've seen your comments on a ton of RFAs, and I noticed that you pretty thoroughly review and research candidates before contributing your opinion. First off, thank you! Your hard work really is noticed and appreciated by those of us who like to see consensus built through a full sharing opinions and ideas, and not just a !vote. =] Anyway, the real reason I'm bothering you - I was hoping that you could comment in my editor review, and also potentially comment on your opinion of a distant (e.g. near the end of the year) RFA for me. I have been under the tutelage of my IRL best friend Leebo, but having a second opinion really helps! You can put the opinion in the editor review, or leave it on my talk page - that is, if you have time to do it. I certainly understand if you don't! I'll be in Hawaii starting tomorrow until next Saturday (11 August), so if you could get back to me at some time in that window, that would be really great! Thanks again for your great work within the community, and thanks in advance if you have time to help me out! Best regards, bwowen talk•contribs•review me please! 00:52, 3 August 2007 (UTC)
- Aloha! I got a 24-hour Internet pass here for my hotel room, so I thought I would hit you back with a huge thank you for contributing to my Editor Review! Not only were your words extremely kind and encouraging, but they were also helpful, encouraging, and have helped me figure out a sort of "where to go from here!" Your work on the project is really excellent and I appreciate it a lot; not a lot of people do as much research or are as constructive in their advice as you are. I've said it once, but I'll say it again (in Hawaiian) - Mahalo! bwowen talk•contribs•review me please! 02:38, 8 August 2007 (UTC)
Image Makers Asia -edit
Good morning, hello again! I've added a bit more information from the previous edit, could you take anonther look? I've also realised there is a stub tag at the bottom, does that mean that if it is to be put on the main space, other people could expand the article? Charineeimagebkk 04:41, 3 August 2007 (UTC)

- Done. I don't think it's even close (yet). -- But|seriously|folks 08:41, 3 August 2007 (UTC)
- I concur. Thanks so much for your time. It wasn't an issue of "ganging up" on the editor, but proving that as a community we will take time to consider, and will not make unilateral decisions - something that we have clearly done in this case. Thanks again ! Pedro | Chat 08:43, 3 August 2007 (UTC)
Editor review
Thanks again for your help. On the User:Ultrabias issue, the difficulty was that his edits were usually beyond reproach (although he did some pretty questionable stuff with Template:Muslims and Controversies, he was at least willing to discuss and defend these changes). In fact, the vast majority of his edits were direct and uncontroversial implementations of WP:MOSISLAM. The problem was that these were accompanied by bigoted edit summaries. Does this constitute vandalism? Sarcasticidealist 16:13, 3 August 2007 (UTC)
- No, in fairness they do not. I would take the approach in that instance of personally warning the user against abusive edit summaries. It certainly isn't vandalism but it is borderline trolling. I think you did the right thing. Pedro | Chat 19:29, 3 August 2007 (UTC)
Adminship
I have followed your advice about edit summary. So far in the 4 days of August, I have 163 edits, all with edit summary. I REALLY hate to be a bother, but could you take a few moments to look at my record, and tell me if I did run for adminship, what would affect me, and tell me how to fix it. I explained my edit in the article discussion page -- the addition was from an obviously biased contributor and literally made zero sense whatsoever -- "7 is the number of Marcos"? Your reversion made the article worse, if that is even possible. 69.203.74.32 12:42, 10 August 2007 (UTC)

Thank you for the support of my RfA, Pedro. Like I have told another member before, I did put in the request pre-mature, but I guess it never really hurts to try. I will probably make an attempt again next spring (or sometime within the next 12 months). Either way, thank you for the support. - Crassic 23:01, 13 August 2007 (UTC)

Barnstars
Hi, Pedro. When you award barnstars, I see that your comment begins "I, Pedro, give you...". Your style of comment emphasizes yourself (Pedro) rather than the recipient. I think that the recipient should be emphasized rather than the donor. Just a suggestion. Best wishes. Axl 18:33, 15 August 2007 (UTC)

Hi Pedro. Just a note to tell you that I've removed your comment from the RfA, here. I moved the IP vote to the discussion section, so your comment wasn't really relevant anymore. You got it right though, don't think I'm removing it because you're wrong, because you're not. :-) --Deskana (banana) 12:18, 23 August 2007 (UTC)
